Dr. Brandeis Marshall is the founder and CEO of DataedX Group which offers training to educators, scholars, and practitioners to help them use data/AI in a more responsible way.

She also spearheads the Black Women in Data Summit 2024, which helps Black women advance in the data workforce. Mark your calendars for this transformative experience in September!

Dr. Marshall's journey into tech began with a Computer Science degree from the University of Rochester, followed by a Master's and Ph.D. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Before starting DataedX, she served as faculty at both Purdue University and Spelman College. Her scholarly work includes "Data Conscience: Algorithmic Siege on Our Humanity," which provides practical strategies for engineers and AI ethicists to mitigate the harms of AI.
